Our main entertainment stage returns to the market place, once again with a none stop program of music, comedy, dance and entertainment – and that is just Mr Paul Harper!!
Yes, back to keep the stage going and everyone entertained our compere for the day is the one and only Mr Paul Harper. With his own unique brand of vintage performance Paul will be sure to keep you up on your feet and with a big grin on your face throughout the day.
Joining Paul, we are also delighted to have back with us the very talented Natasha Harper, but perhaps not as many of you will know her best, because this year Natasha is bringing us her sensational 60s set. If you have not seen Natasha do 60s before, you really need to.
New to vintage day, but not to Batley rock and roll we have Razor Holler who will be Raisin’ a holler with country flavoured rock n roll music for your dancin’ pleasure. You will not be able to resist getting up for a dance when these guys take to the stage.
And also new to Vintage Day we are delighted to have with us the Satin Dollz. With their big band sound and fantastic harmonies these lovely ladies will be sure to wow the crowd. Having performed nationally and internationally with such well known groups as the Jive Aces, they certainly know how to put on a show, and we can’t wait to see them.
The always popular local Acorn theatre company will also be back with us performing a range of vintage numbers and keeping a smile on everyones face.
There are other acts soon to be announced so keep checking back.
And in the NAAFI tent you will find the all day 40s dance area. With both Big George and the Andersons, and Major Swing and Kitty you can be sure that the music will not stop and neither will the dancing.
